DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
TATTOO DEPOSIT POLICY
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Consultation deposits are refundable with a 48 hour cancellation policy or if the cancellation policy or if the project isn’t a good fit for the artist/client.
Deposits range between $100-250 depending not eh length of the tattoo appointment. The deposit is applied to the total of the last session in a project.
Leviticus has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule you must contact the studio during working hours (12PM-8PM daily) and speak to a staff member to adjust your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeit to the artist for lost time.
If you are over 30 minutes lated to your scheduled tattoo appointment, your deposit will be forfeit to the artist for lost time and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
A valid, government issued ID I required when checking in for every appointment at Leviticus. If you do not have an ID or if it is expired. Your deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
The drawing for your tattoo will be completed the night before or day of your scheduled tattoo appointment. For some projects, the artist will wait to draw until you arrive in the studio and have a one on one conversation. The drawing will be available at your scheduled appointment and not set out prior to your appointment. Time is included in your scheduled appointment to go over the design and make minor modifications at your appointment time.
If your tattoo idea changes between booking and your scheduled appointment, you must contact the shop and speak to a staff member during business hours. This may require us to reschedule your tattoo appointment depending on timing. In this case, the more notice the better so we’re able to adjust our schedule accordingly. Should you show up to your scheduled appointment with an entirely different idea, your deposit may be forfeit and a new deposit would be required to reschedule your appointment. Minor adjustments can easily be accommodated but contacting us prior is always helpful.
Should your budget for your session change, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment at minimum as this will likely change the length of the scheduled session. Failure to notify us 48 hours or more may result in your deposit being forfeit as this is similar to a cancellation of a shorter appointment for the artist.
Tattoo appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 times with 48 hours or more notice. If you must reschedule a 4th time, the initial deposit will be forfeit to the artist and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
PIERCING DEPOSIT POLICY
Piercing deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Depoist amount varies depending on the service and will be applied to the total of your visit. A deposit is required for a checkup appointment but can be refunded in the case no jewelry or service is required.
Leviticus has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule you must contact the shop during working hours (12PM-8PM) and speak to a staff member to adjust your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeit to the piercer for lost time.
If you are 5 minutes late to your scheduled piercing appointment, your deposit will be forfeit to the piercer for lost time and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
We understand this is a short time window but with appointments as short as 15 minutes it is important to arrive on time, ideally with your paperwork completed and ID ready.
A valid, government issued ID is required when checking in for every appointment at Leviticus. If you do not have an ID or if it is expired, your deposit will be forfeit. This also applies to documentation required for minor visits. Please contact the studio for any questions.
A REMINDER, no swimming or submerging your fresh piercing for a minimum of 8 weeks.
If you plan on travel after your scheduled piercing appointment, please call the studio to discuss the healing process as altitude and environment changes can affect the healing process.
